How to surf internet without pc suit via mobile

1. first connect ur mobile using data cable or bluetooth ...if u dont know how to connect  then attach ur bluetooth device to pc then left click on ithe blurtooth icon on right side of taskbar and then open setting and tick allow devices to connect through this computer.
2. then click on add device windows will find ur cellphone.
3. open control panel click on network and sharing center.
4. click on setup a new connection or network.
5. then click on set up a dial up connection.
6. in dial up phone no  option fill *99# leave username and password blank and fill any name in connection name.
7. then click set up connection in anyway.

• here is the important step

1. open control panel
2. then click phone and modem option.
3. fill ur area location such as 0161 for panjab and ur pin code 
4. There will be 3 TABS at the top of the window that appears. Click on "Modems"

   • You should now see 2 modems listed. One is your PC's internal 56K modem, and the other should be a "Standard modem over Bluetooth link"
   • 
     
   • Highlight the "Bluetooth modem" and click "Properties"
   • 
     
   • A new window will appear with 7 tabs. Click the one named "Advanced"
   • 
     
   • In the box called "Extra initialization commands" enter the following:

   •

   •

   • 
     
   • AIRCEL:        AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","aircelgprs.com"
   • 
     
   • IDEA:        AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","ideagprs.com"
   • 
     
   • DOCOMO:     AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET"
   • 
     
   • RELIANCE:    AT+CRM=1
   • 
     
   • Finally click "OK"  
   • finally click on dial up network u created
